Every quilt begins the same way: a family's worn fabric, hand-pieced by Kathy on a single longarm frame in Auburn, Indiana. Pick the project closest to yours and we'll write back within forty-eight hours.
T-Shirt Quilts
Old tees, jerseys, and band shirts pieced into a heirloom you can actually wrap around someone. The shirts that lived in a drawer for fifteen years finally come back into the family room.
Custom Quilts
Heirloom designs from scratch: Double Wedding Ring, the Westerfield, three custom series, and one-of-a-kind commissions sized from baby quilt to king. Choose the fabrics, the pattern, the story.
Necktie Quilts
A father's ties, a grandfather's collection, a retirement closet. We deconstruct each tie and rebuild them into a soft, weighted throw, a keepsake for retirements, anniversaries, and Father's Day.
Photo Quilts
Family photographs printed onto cotton and stitched into a wall hanging or throw. A way to keep the faces of grandparents, weddings, or first homes within reach.

Bring us a finished top and we'll quilt the three layers on Kathy's longarm frame, edge-to-edge or a custom design that follows the piecing.

Tops you've pieced finished start-to-end: longarm quilting, binding by machine or by hand, label stitched in. Priced by square and linear inch.
The Process
From the back of the closet to the foot of the bed.
The shirts and ties most people send us have been folded into bins, stuffed into closets, stacked in the attic, or kept in a drawer that nobody opens. They're too meaningful to throw away and too worn to wear. A quilt is the third option: a way to gather what's been hidden into something the family actually uses, every winter night, for the rest of their lives.

Empty the box
Pull the tees, jerseys, neckties, and band shirts you've boxed up and stored in closets, attics, and the back of a hallway dresser. We send a one-page prep checklist so you know which to keep and which to skip.

Mail them to Indiana
Pack the lot in a single box and ship it to Auburn. Kathy reviews every shirt by hand, talks through your ideas and backing colors, and composes the layout herself once she can see how the graphics and colors fall together.

Open the heirloom
Four to eight weeks later a finished, three-layer quilt arrives at your door: hand-pieced, longarm quilted, bound and labeled. Ready to be wrapped around the person it was made for.
